What is Dynamic Geo-Fencing ?
A Dynamic Geo-Fence can be applied to any moving asset such as logging trucks or trucks moving ore or other material around open pit mining sites. The Geo-Fence would be circular and typically have a radius of one or two miles and be exchanging GPS location data with other trucks every 15 seconds over dedicated license free radio channels.

When the Geo-Fence boundaries of two or more trucks overlap, DataLert will automatically send an alert to each truck that the  two or more trucks may be on a collision course and to slow down and be aware.

DataLert is intended to be installed in an Android Tablet running Datalink's WebGate Mapping and Messaging App. All trucks locations will appear on screen with locations blinking in red after 30 seconds if no 15 second updates have been received.
